PhoneSexSweetieNikki: I did not identify you originally out of respect despite your hateful comments about me both publicly and privately. My original response can be read HERE. I now feel it it is necessary to identify you in case others are contemplating doing business with you.

I will be happy to remove this as soon as you demonstrate that you sent me $50 at any time. Otherwise, please send my money back. I will remove this upon receipt of my money.

Many PSO support sites have scammer lists - do you need to be added to them?

Just got an email from a speaker who wanted the Cluster Headache stuff displayed more prominently. I can't really do that, but anyone interested can jump down to the little digression by clicking HERE.

7-25-2010: Patch for The Call Manager Is Not Yet Complete

The patch for The Call Manager is not quite ready to be released. Changes that were made to fix a particular issue affected the overall performance of The Call Manager in a way that might affect users with over 10-12 characters in a negative way. The performance issues have been addressed, but there is some testing that still needs to be completed. I'm working on it as quickly as I can .

Issues that seem to be isolated to particular users or that occur infrequently:

- Auto-Mode failing after a period of time and returning obfuscated code to the display
- CGI/FastCGI Error Message: I've seen this before, researched the problem, and I've done all I can do to correct the issue. The only way I know for certain to eliminate the error is to use the hosted version of The Call Manager.

Please Note: There will be some users who do not have permission to run The Call Manager. If you have trouble entering users after the new download, please contact me.

Digression:

For any speaker or speaker with a family member that suffers from Cluster Headaches, I encourage you to visit the following site:

www.ClusterHeadaches.com

I would also encourage you to look very closely at the specifications for oxygen therapy. Many neurologists are still prescribing oxygen with 7-14 lpm rebreather masks. For most, it isn't enough, and it's likely that your neurologist isn't aware of the very real benefits that high flow rate (20-25 lpm) non-rebreather masks offer to 'Cluster Heads'. Your local supplier of oxygen and related equipment may not have a regulator/mask that meets these specs, and going outside of 'the system' will likely not be covered by your insurance. A well-built regulator that will deliver 25 lpm is ~$225, and the non-rebreather setup will cost $50-$75. Also, in addition to the larger tanks typically prescribed, one can usually get the oxygen supplier to deliver a couple of smaller tanks. They may require an adapter for the 25 lpm regulator. Ask the driver that delivers the oxygen if his compnay may have some 'spares' laying around, as most of the suppliers carried this equipment at some point in the past. The smaller tanks will last about an hour at 20 lpm, so overnight stays away from your standard setup are possible. Most of all, keep your head and spirits up with the knowledge that, no matter how bad it gets, there is always someone that would trade positions with a cluster sufferer in a heartbeat.

For those that have no idea what I'm talking about, take a look up and say a word of thanks to whoever or whatever you believe in. For atheists, a simple 'Thanks' will suffice :)

For the morbidly curious, here's a link to a cluster attack. Yes, the beginning of the video is a little annoying (and slow). Let me say something about the guy in the video: Imagine a guy you know that is just one bad-ass mother fucker, will fight two guys at once, doesn't wince when a thumb slams down on his thumb, wonders what the big deal is about when he breaks an arm, and pulls bad teeth himself with a pair of rusty pliers...and laughs while he's doing it. This is what he'll look like when he's experiencing a cluster attack. No, seriously.

Another good video on YouTube about clusters can be viewed HERE.

Click HERE for more info about clusters on Wikipedia. While you're there, chew on this segment for a moment:

(Reprinted From Wikipedia)

"The pain of cluster headaches is markedly greater than in other headache conditions, including severe migraines; experts have suggested that it may be the most painful condition known to medical science. Female patients have reported it as being more severe than childbirth. Dr. Peter Goadsby, Professor of Clinical Neurology at University College London, a leading researcher on the condition has commented:"

"Cluster headache is probably the worst pain that humans experience. I know that’s quite a strong remark to make, but if you ask a cluster headache patient if they’ve had a worse experience, they’ll universally say they haven't. Women with cluster headache will tell you that an attack is worse than giving birth. So you can imagine that these people give birth without anesthetic once or twice a day, for six, eight, or ten weeks at a time, and then have a break. It's just awful."

You'll find references in medical journals that say clusters are more painful than having a limb amputated with no anesthesia. There's a reason they are often referred to as 'Suicide Headaches'.

Please: I haven't included this information as an invitation to discuss clusters unless you are a victim and need some questions answered or if you simply need a little support. I won't answer emails whose sole purpose is to determine whether I suffer from cluster headaches or that wish to convey a message to me. I'm not trying to be a jerk, but I would be remiss not to include this information if there's a chance that it may benefit a 'cluster head'.

NO INFORMATION HERE SHOULD BE CONSTRUED AS MEDICAL ADVICE. I AM NOT A DOCTOR.

Reminder!

The Call Manager is still in 'Beta' mode. Please remember that the entire Call Manager application was rewritten after NiteFlirt changed their underlying software, so I count on users to notify me if there is an issue that needs my attention. If you find that the The Call Manager isn't working properly for you or is having a negative net result on your income when you're using it, stop using it until the features that are important to you are working to your satisfaction.

Please Read This Regarding Tributes!

I really do appreciate the tributes many of you have sent - thank you very much! With that said, if you'd like to send me a small tribute, please wait until you know that the application is meeting your expectations prior to sending a tribute. I want every speaker who uses it to gain maximum value from The Call Manager, and everyone has different expectations. If you send a tribute and have a feature request, I'm not able to move your request to 'the front of the line', as the list of items that require my attention with regard to The Call Manager is prioritized based on the most commonly used functions and ensuring that those functions are working properly. If you have a request for a new feature that is important to you specifically but may not have any impact on other speakers, let me know and I'll tell you whether it's something you can expect in the future or whether the additional programming required might be available for a fee.

The Hosted Version Of The Call Manager

I have developed a version of The Call Manager that is hosted on my servers. I offer this service free of charge, but it is still being tested. I will post here when it is available for general use. The advantage to the hosted version is speed, seamless updates, and portability. Since on of the the original goals when developing the Call Manager was to have it run on a local PC, the hosted version has never been a priority for me. More and more speakers have expressed an interest though, so it's on the list!

Other Call Management Applications That May Be Available (Not Mine)

I realize that The Call manager that I distribute for free may not have all of the features that you  would like to see. There are other speakers who have call management applications that they use and may be willing to sell or give you for free. Based on information I've received from either the speakers themselves or that are marketed via the internet, here is a list that may be of interest to you. I don't support these products and have never used them, so this is not an endorsement, just a list that you may or may not find helpful:

Call Sniper: Call Sniper has been available for quite some time. They charge a monthly fee for hosting their call management solution.

Cara's Call Management Solution (FlirtTools.com): I think she charges a monthly fee as well, though I haven't looked at the site or the details for her offerings

Users who have mentioned that they have call management solutions in place:

Uncollared Katie (NiteFlirt Name): I don't know if she distributes her program or not. She mentioned that she's had a solution in place for a couple of years, but I have no idea what feature set it offers.

Cum Addicted (NiteFlirt Name): See Above

Again, I'm not vouching for these applications as I have never seen them. If you are not satisfied with the Call Manager, you may wish to contact one of the sources above. I want speakers to have a tool that works for them, so if The Call Manager isn't that tool, maybe one of above is better suited for you.

Looking for The Call Manager for NiteFlirt? You're in the right spot!

Do you manage several characters on the NiteFlirt platform? Are you tired of launching multiple browser windows (maybe on more than one computer?) to manage your characters availability? The Call Manager may be right for you!
